North Creek Gallery – Policies


1. Paintings and Lithographs will be shipped ready for framing to all 50 states at NCG’s expense. International shipping will be on a chargeable basis.
2. Returns must be received undamaged via Fedex or UPS within 10 days from receipt by purchaser for a full refund. Shipping back to NCG will be at purchaser’s expense.
3. If paintings are not received back by NCG within the 10 days, the sales will be considered final.
4. There are no returns offered for custom paintings as all sales are final.

5. Damaged paintings sent to purchaser by NCG should be returned to NCG at NCG’s expense with 10 days of receipt by purchaser. Purchaser will receive a full refund if the damage was caused by NCG’s shipping company.

 

Product Delivery
Delivery method: standard UPS, ground Fedex or USPS shipped with 5-7 days of order (custom orders will vary).
 

Information Disclosure
We will not share names or data with unrelated 3rd parties. We collect customer contact inforamtion only for the purpose of shipping products to the customer and contacting the customer in case of a shipping delay. We do not disclose customer information to any party.
 

Internet Security
Transmission of payment data is performed with SSLA Secured 128 bit encryption.
